actually (I found it) being wango...
and it does not refer to any particular wine, just the style, type, descriptions and definitions. No brands.
I personally like to use my tongue, as a reference. Or some might say palette. Also, the best thing to factor in is how well it sits on an empty stomach...and how dry your mouth feels in the morning. There is also the headache factor.
Sometimes we don't really even think-- Good body? Nice legs?
Meh! --totally DO-ABLE !
